Privacy notice

The site keeps nothing on its own. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics that identify you.

When you send a form, the site sends what you typed by email to Bidaya: your answers, your name, your email address and, if you gave it, your phone number. The email goes through Resend, the service that delivers it. A copy goes back to the address you gave, so you have what you sent.

An enquiry is used to reply to it and, if the conversation continues, to prepare the proposal you asked for. Nothing else is done with it.

The Talent Network form is different: those details are kept so Bidaya can reach you when a client's need matches what you do. You agree to that when you tick the box before sending.

An enquiry stays in Bidaya's mailbox for as long as the conversation it started. Talent Network details stay until you ask for them to be removed.

Write to contact@bidaya.consulting to see what Bidaya holds about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. It is done within a month.

Bidaya LLC, based in the UAE, is the party responsible for these details under the UAE's personal data protection law.
